Refund Policy

Quick version: Since digital products can't be "returned," we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. If something's genuinely wrong, we'll make it right.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand things happen. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The product was significantly different from what was described on the product page
- You received a corrupted or unreadable file and we're unable to resolve the issue
- You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
- You did not receive access to the product after purchase
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after downloading the product
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Inability to achieve specific results (educational products are informational only)
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@sendkitapp.com with:
- Your order number or the email used for purchase
- The product name
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
