1. Ownership
All content sold or distributed through SendKit Digital — including text, images, graphics, layouts, frameworks, scripts, audio, video, and code samples — is owned by the individual creator who published it (or by SendKit Digital where indicated). Copyright is reserved in full under the Berne Convention and applicable national copyright laws (including the US Copyright Act of 1976, as amended).
2. License granted to purchasers
When you complete a purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download, store, and access the product on devices you personally own or control
- Read, study, and apply the contents for your own personal use
- Print one copy for personal reference
3. What you may NOT do
The following are explicitly prohibited and constitute copyright infringement:
- Reselling, gifting, sublicensing, or redistributing the product in any form
- Uploading the product to file-sharing platforms, torrent sites, Telegram channels, Discord servers, Google Drive shares, or anywhere else accessible to third parties
- Reproducing the product, in whole or in significant part, in your own books, courses, newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, or videos without written permission and proper attribution
- Creating derivative works (translations, adaptations, summaries-for-resale, AI-training datasets) without written permission
- Removing copyright notices, watermarks, attribution lines, or DRM from the product
- Using the product to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning models without written permission

4. Per-product attribution
Every product sold on SendKit Digital should be assumed to carry the following notice unless otherwise stated:
5. Quotations and fair use
You may quote brief excerpts (under approximately 100 words, or a single chart) for the purpose of review, criticism, news reporting, scholarship, or research, provided you attribute the source clearly (creator name + product title + sendkitapp.com). Anything beyond brief quotation requires written permission.
6. AI / machine-learning use
Our products are not licensed for use in training, fine-tuning, or evaluating large language models or any other machine learning system, regardless of whether the use is commercial or non-commercial. This restriction is in addition to, not in lieu of, the protections afforded by copyright law.
7. Permission requests
If you wish to use any portion of a product beyond the scope of this license — for teaching, internal company training, translation, derivative works, or anything else — email support@sendkitapp.com with your specific request. We forward permission requests to the relevant creator and respond within a reasonable time.
8. Trademark
"SendKit," "SendKit Digital," and the SendKit logo are trademarks of SendKit Digital. Individual creator names, brand names, logos, and visual identities used in connection with their products are trademarks (registered or unregistered) of those individual creators. All other trademarks referenced in our products belong to their respective owners.
9. DMCA takedown notice (if your work appears on our platform)
If you believe content available on SendKit Digital infringes a copyright you own, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include all of the following, in writing:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act on your behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (URL, product name, page number) for us to locate it
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf

(Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice)
We respond to valid notices within a reasonable time. We may also notify the affected creator and may, at our discretion, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers per 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
10. Counter-notice
If your content has been taken down and you believe the takedown was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, providing the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
11. Reporting piracy
If you find one of our products being distributed without authorization (on Telegram, file-sharing sites, Reddit, etc.), please send a report to dmca@sendkitapp.com with the URL or screenshot. We pursue takedowns aggressively to protect our creators' livelihoods.
